Return Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or one of A third party named to you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, You must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement and stating the order number (e.g. e-mail or via cancellation form).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient: that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order once it’s received. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How will customers get the return label? To start a return, you can contact us at info@familys-world.com. Please email us for any returns required. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
