Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We process orders as quickly as possible so you can receive them immediately. In some instances, this may be as quick as the same day. "Special orders" or orders with “Backordered” items require additional processing time.

Any delivery estimates we provide are only estimates. Delivery times may vary when transportation networks are disrupted due to inclement weather, holidays, carrier network issues, or other events.

Please note that we may contact you for additional information before processing your order. Large orders of $800 or more will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card provided and cannot be shipped to any other address.

familys-world.de offers to Germany. We don't deliver to PO boxes.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day. It may take up to two business days to process your order. Bigger purchases and freight shipments may require longer processing times. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.
